Materials and washing instructions
We sew Sanna in an incredibly comfortable knitted single jersey consisting of 95% organic cotton 5% elastane. We produce and print the fabric in Germany with organic digital colors. The fabric is GOTS certified.
When you wash your sweater, we recommend 40 degrees and hang drying. We also recommend that you use an eco-labeled detergent or washing nuts and refrain from using fabric softener. Avoid tumble drying as it shrinks the garment more and also requires a greater amount of energy. Shake out the garment thoroughly before hanging it on a hanger or washing line to make it as smooth as possible so you don't have to iron the garment. Remember that it is often enough to air a garment before it needs to be washed, so you save on the environment and your clothes last longer. Stains can often be rubbed off and lightly washed beforehand on the area where the stain is.
Shrinkage 3-5% in the first wash.
