The Emma skirt is our new slightly longer knit skirt in organic cotton produced here in Sweden, from our own brand Esther & Inez. The Emma skirt is made in wonderfully soft organic cotton knit and is GOTS certified.
The Emma skirt has a comfortable and flattering fit with a tight fit, in a soft organic cotton jersey. Emma is just as nice for everyday wear as it is for a party, perfect to match with flats or high heels. The Emma skirt is just as stylish to wear on the town as it is comfortable for an evening on the sofa. Emma goes with most things and is perfect to combine with tights and a stylish T-shirt or why not a knitted cardigan. A feminine skirt that feels really festive and stylish!
FIT
Skirt Emma has a tight fit all the way around with elastic at the waist and a skirt length that ends at the calf. With pockets at the front, she is a classic element in your wardrobe. Her waist goes to about above the navel, but can be positioned exactly how you want. The pockets are spacious and have a slightly hidden pocket opening in the side seam. MATERIAL AND LAUNDRY LINE
The material is made of 95% Organic cotton and 5% Elastane. The fabric in our organic cotton skirts is produced in Turkey with knitting and fabric printing. The fabrics are GOTS certified. We are responsible for the sewing ourselves and produce the garments in our premises in Visby. Therefore, we only produce what is requested and ordered, so please get in touch if you have any requests!
Washing instructions: For our organic cotton skirts, we recommend 40 degrees and that it be hung to dry, to maintain the fit. As the garment is 95 percent cotton, it can of course be washed at 60 degrees and tumble dried, but the garment shrinks more and more energy is used. Please use environmentally friendly detergent and avoid fabric softener, as it contains unnecessary chemicals that are not needed to get the garment clean. To save energy, we recommend that you shake the garment before hanging it up, this to avoid having to iron the garment. We also recommend that you air the garment to keep it fresh for as long as possible, before you need to wash it in the washing machine. Small stains can be washed off beforehand, without you having to wash it in the washing machine.
Shrinkage allowance 3-5% in the first wash.
