When you submit your order from our website, you should receive an order confirmation to the e-mail address you provided. Make sure everything is right. We deliver within about 5-7 days. In case of longer delivery time, we will notify you.

You have the option to pay via PayPal or Klarna when you shop in our online store. Via Klarna, you can choose to pay directly or by invoice. When you pay by invoice, you shop safely and easily. You do not need to provide your card details and only pay when you have received your goods. Payment time with Klarna is 14 days, you also have the opportunity to split your payment.
You always have a 14-day money back guarantee. We can offer money back or exchange for other goods. All returns should be sent back unused and in undamaged condition. Which means that tags should remain in place and that the item should be in its original packaging. Uncollected packages will be charged. You must send the package back to us yourself even if you regretted your purchase.
Should you discover something wrong with the item upon delivery, it is important that you contact us as soon as possible before sending anything back. In the event of a complaint, you are responsible for return shipping until we have approved the complaint. Shipping cost will be refunded within 10 days. In the first place, we will try to fix the product, in the second place replace it with a new one.
Sales without an end date are valid while stocks last. Esther & Inez reserves the right to any final sale. If you have ordered an item that no longer exists, we will contact you via email.
