The Mona dress is inspired by female forms and has a flattering V-shaped neckline with a shawl collar. Fit in soft jersey fabric with bust cut and marked waist, of course this model also has pockets at the front. The length of the dress is one of our longest and goes to the calf. 

Mona is a dress from our own collection and is designed here in Visby by our own Sara Högblom. We sew the clothes in our own collection in our sewing production in Visby and only produce based on demand and order. Please contact us if your size is not in stock - it can often be arranged!

Fit

Mona has a flattering v-neckline with a shawl collar that pairs well with stylish necklaces. Bust cutouts to optimize the fit and practical front pockets that run in line with the bust cutouts. The length goes to the calf and the fit of the dress is tight at the top and the skirt part is slightly exposed for a nice fall . The sleeve length goes down to the upper part of the underarm, a so-called three-quarter sleeve and has a nice folded up detail.

Our standard sizes are S-2XL and we are happy to sew up sizes XS and 3XL to order. As long as we have the fabric left, most things are possible. Our delivery times for sewing orders are approximately 1-2 weeks depending on our workload.

Materials and washing instructions

We sew Mona in an incredibly nice single jersey knit consisting of 95% Organic Cotton 5% Elastane. We produce and print the fabric in Turkey with organic digital colors. The fabric is GOTS certified.

When you wash your dress, we recommend 40 degrees and hang drying. We also recommend that you use an eco-labeled detergent or washing nuts and refrain from using fabric softener. Avoid tumble drying as it shrinks the garment more and also requires a greater amount of energy. Shake out the garment thoroughly before hanging it on a hanger or washing line to make it as smooth as possible so you don't have to iron the garment. Keep in mind that it is often enough to air a garment before it needs to be washed, so you save on the environment and your clothes last longer. Stains can often be rubbed off and lightly washed beforehand on the area where the stain is.

Shrinkage 3-5% in the first wash.
