Order

When you have sent your order from our website, you should receive an order confirmation to the e-mail address you entered. Check that everything is correct. It is important, for example, that the correct telephone number is written so that notification of delivery arrives correctly. Do you want to add or change something to your order? Delivery time

We deliver within approx. 5-7 days. If the delivery time is longer, we will notify you.

Shipping cost

The shipping cost within Sweden is SEK 59.
The shipping cost is SEK 199 within Europe.

Payment

You have the option to pay via Klarna when you shop in our online store. Via Klarna, you can choose to pay directly by card or against an invoice. When you pay by invoice, you shop safely and easily. You do not need to provide your card details and only pay when you have received your goods. Payment time with Klarna is 14 days, you also have the option to split your payment.

Returns

You always have 14 days to buy. We can offer the money back or an exchange for another item. All returns must be sent back unused and in undamaged condition. Which means that notes must remain and that the item must be in its original packaging. Information about how to do when you send back an item must be in your delivery, if you do not have the information, just email us at info@estherinez.se. Unclaimed packages

Unclaimed packages are charged. You must send the package back to us yourself, even if you have regretted your purchase.

Complaint

Should you discover something wrong with the product upon delivery, it is important that you contact us as soon as possible before sending anything back. In the event of a complaint, we are responsible for the return shipping, you email us and receive a return shipping slip. In the first instance, we will try to fix the product, repair it or replace it with an equivalent one.

Sale

Sale without end date valid while stocks last. Esther & Inez reserves the right to final sale. If you have ordered an item that is no longer available, we will contact you via email.

Reservations

We reserve the right for final sales and for goods to be discontinued. We cannot guarantee that the images in this webshop exactly correspond to reality. Colors in particular can be experienced very differently on screen and in real life. We reserve the right for any printing errors on this website. We reserve the right to adjust prices and any price errors.

GDPR

In connection with your order or that you have registered as a customer, you agree that we store and use your data in order to complete the purchase and delivery. At any time, you have the right to know what information we have stored and you can request that it be changed or deleted. Contact us by email in that case.
